The Welk Resort Group is excited to report on the progress of our newest Resort in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

The anticipated opening for the first 36 units in the initial phase will be the first quarter of 2010, at which time owners and guests can use Platinum Points or exchange their time from other vacation ownership properties through Interval International, one of the leading vacation exchange companies in the world. Villas are also available for rent.
